Kobalt Music Group: Is one of the world’s largest, most innovative music companies, using technology to power creative freedom, transparency, ownership and control for artists, songwriters, publishers, and labels. Kobalt has over 700 employees in 12 offices around the world, represents over 20,000 artists and songwriters, 600,000 songs and 600 publishing companies.

The issue: Limited mobile phone service, struggling cost control and user profiling.

The project: Update of their entire mobile phone estate, including introducing revised tariffs and the phased upgrade from iPhone 8 to iPhone SE for all their staff.

The outcome: A cost effective mobile estate and delivery of new more reliable mobile handsets. Helping make employees more productive and effective, enabling them to take advantage of the digital applications that the new handsets provide, connecting them to their applications and data more efficiently and securely.

What we did

Maintel provided a comprehensive upgrade of Kobalt's entire mobile handset estate, which included a phased upgrade from iPhone 8 to iPhone SE for all staff and delivery of a new cost effective tariff.
