The solution consisted of robust, reliable hardware capable of meeting the printing demands of Aramark’s high volumes, as well as being easily scalable for future growth. This included multi-functional devices capable of copying, printing, and stapling where required, with one device capable of faxing per location.
As additional capabilities, authorised Aramark employees were granted full reporting services from the solution, visitors to the regional offices were granted printing access, and printing capabilities for certain users from mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones.
Once complete, Maintel removed the burden of managing the print solution for the IT department, providing support and ongoing consulting for Aramark’s managed print and document solutions.
