The challenge
Aramark’s decision makers decided they needed a single solution across the Northern Europe business which would provide a single point of contact for all printer issues, requests, and maintenance for
the region.
But due to the nature of the business, Aramark has a range of permanent offices regionally, as well as some contract-specific and temporary locations.
Whilst all Aramark’s locations often experienced a high volume of print demands, the demands for a managed print solution varied between the different types of offices. Consequently, Aramark needed a single preferred supplier to meet its unique needs for managed print services
moving forward.
The regional permanent offices were the priority to implement new hardware and upgrade print management software, and it was critical that whilst these upgrades were occurring, all other offices were able to continue operating under business as usual.
Specifically, the solutions in the new Northern European HQ in Dublin needed to be implemented to strict deadlines with maximum efficiency and minimum disruption.
